The Independent Advice for Business team is celebrating after our health and safety advisor Mandy Woodcroft gained certification through the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS).
By gaining the CSCS card, Mandy, who inspects and monitors and advises our clients on matters relating to occupational health and safety compliance, will now be able to operate on construction sites.
CSCS is the leading skills certification scheme within the UK construction industry. The cards provide proof that individuals working on construction sites have the required training and qualifications for the type of work they carry out.
Mandy, who scored 100% in the exam for the certification, comments: “With the demand for houses increasing, the construction industry is booming. As a result, we have seen a significant increase in the number of construction companies and contractors contacting us to help them to ensure they are health and safety compliant.
“I am delighted to have achieved the CSCS Card and am looking forward to helping our clients deliver their construction schemes safely.”
