Neville Precision Engineering Limited are specialists in CNC machined aluminium profiles and extrusions and has been established since 2006, with a family manufacturing history stretching back over 100 years. Their growing business is conveniently situated in the heart of the UK very near to the M1-J28. They have over 15 years experience in the machining of aluminium extrusions, and their growth is based on technical strength, their people, the quality of their products and the reliability of their service. They have 10 CNC milling machines plus 4 CNC double mitre saws for accurately cutting sections to any length or angle. They work both as a subcontractor on free issue material, or source material directly on behalf of their customers providing full turnkey solutions for finished aluminium extruded components
Since originally gaining certification in November 2016, Independent Advice for Business Limited have continued to support their integrated management system and occupational health and safety requirements by undertaking an internal audit of the processes, site visits and advice on day to day issues that may affect the continuing safety and legality of the business. Neville Precision Engineering have continued to develop their management systems and are now working towards TS16949 the automotive quality standard that includes particular requirements for the application of ISO 9001:2008 for automotive production and relevant service part organisations. Following a 6 day external audit of the company, systems and processes re-certification was recommended with no issues identified.
Independent Advice for Business Limited continue support Neville Precision Engineering’s Integrated Management
System and will upgrade the integrated management system to meet the requirements of ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System prior to the next surveillance audit in June 2017.
