Hello, I’m Kate Goodman and I’m delighted to be joining IA4B.
“As a new Adviser, I’ve been visiting and getting to know some of our clients, and, I have to say I’ve been delighted by what I’ve seen.In every company without fail, there’s been a very obvious, positive management culture and I’ve met people with passion and drive. What all these businesses have in common is a desire to keep improving the way they work and ‘up their game’ in terms of business success.
I’m thrilled that Peter Jones and David Dennis have asked me to join the team. My background has always been in fast paced and high growth organisations. With a number of years in senior leadership roles, I know first-hand about the challenges that businesses face today to remain competitive and profitable. This requires business leaders to work smarter, not harder, and having robust, quality frameworks in place that support them to succeed. I believe that securing a quality standard should, for some businesses, validate the positive working practices that already exist. For others, it can guide the creation of new working practices that can have a lasting and positive impact on business performance.
