Independent Advice for Business is expanding its offering to help companies to grow and develop through the provision of joined-up support and specialist business services.
The company has spent the past six years supporting businesses across the country to put in place ISO 900-based quality accreditation, better HR, health and safety, and management improvement processes. It is now developing its capabilities to provide holistic business support, with services including internal communications, marketing and business coaching.
Peter Jones, Independent Advice for Business Managing Director, comments: “Through our work, and ongoing conversations with businesses, we have found there is a real need for business support to be provided in a rounded way, yet many traditional management consultancies only provide a small range of services delivered in silo.
“Developing a business or implementing change needs a multi-skilled, joined up and consistent approach, to ensure that the right changes are made and staff, customers and stakeholders are engaged throughout. By developing our offer to include internal communications, marketing and coaching we are now able to provide that for our clients.”
To deliver the new offering, Independent Advice for Business’ owners Peter Jones and David Dennis have established a trusted network of specialists, who bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience from a range of business backgrounds.
These include Holly Bremner, who has worked in the marketing and communications industry for more than 15 years, Kate Goodman who is a specialist in HR and organisational development, Kevin Bishop, who is an experienced and successful executive director and provides business mentoring and coaching, Jeremy Wallwork who has run international companies and is an expert in cost reduction and business planning, Mark Dunwell who is a highly-experienced health and safety and quality consultant and Mandy Woodcroft, who supports businesses to obtain occupational health and safety accreditation.
